A safe and effective workout for females of all ages and sizes
A fitness routine is crucial to keep the mind and body healthy and active. These classes are ladies only and promise to not just give you a healthy and toned body, you'll also get to meet likeminded souls to keep you coming back for more! All you need to do is to decide on a day that you'd like to come for class in the next 4 weeks and your spot will be secured for you! Classes are held in a private home studio to give you the privacy and comfort you need! All equipment is provided. You just have to show up and get ready to sweat it out!
YOGA
Yoga increases your body’s range of motions, strengthens and lengthens your muscles, leaving you with a lean and toned physique. Unlike most fast paced cardio exercises, Yoga is a total mind and body work out which combines strengthening and stretching your muscles with deep breathing techniques and relaxation at the same time. You will leave the session feeling totally refreshed.

Barre
A ballet-inspired work out, incorporating a ballet barre with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. Moves are choreographed to motivating music and set to put you in a groove!
